Pros:

• Design aesthetic: Moi combines traditional Indian themes and handwork with modern flair. The designs are sophisticated, frequently innovative, and adaptable as opposed to being strictly decorative.
• Quality and craftsmanship: Their products are handcrafted by experienced artisans, and they incorporate actual gemstones (natural diamonds, enameling, etc.) and noble metals.
• Brand narrative / Storytelling: The founders’ history (Puja’s training, inspiration from art history etc.), their focus on daily luxury, and considered content help establish credibility and emotional resonance.
• Versatility: Pieces are usually wearable with most clothes, not simply for occasions. Most customers speak of wearing Moi jewellery for both ethnic and western wear.
• Transparency: They usually give information on design, stones, material, etc., which makes the buyer choose better.
• Customer service & experience: Reviews show quality packaging, care for detail, excellent support, and fulfilling delivery times. Most customers appear satisfied with customer relations from the brand.
• Prestige / Luxury positioning: Moi is a “fine jewellery” brand instead of simply costume jewellery. 
• Uniqueness / Distinctiveness: Pieces are often not generic; they have character. They stand out compared to mass-produced fashion jewellery, especially in how they combine colours, shapes, textures, and historic motifs.

Cons:

• Price: Due to fine material and workmanship, prices are initially high (e.g. ₹15,000 and above) which might be beyond means for most consumers accustomed to more affordable fashion jewellery.
• Wearability vs durability: Some have fragile designs. Fine jewellery items tend to be more delicate than mass-produced fashion jewellery, particularly with fine settings, tiny stones, enamel etc.
• Resale value / investment: Unless it is constructed of substantial quantities of valuable metal (gold, etc.), lots of jewellery items—even high-end ones—don’t have significant resale value.
• Physical presence limitations: To my knowledge, Moi exists mostly online. Some shoppers might prefer to try on jewellery directly, observe how it fits, how heavy it is, etc.
• Shipping, delay, and expense: For clients beyond their home base, delivery internationally, customs or import tax can be cost/timing. 
• Maintenance and aftercare: Fine jewellery needs to be looked after: frequent cleaning, seeing that settings are secure, polishing etc. Some customers may consider that a hassle or additional cost.
• Risk of expectation vs reality: Photos and advertising are typically of good quality. There are times customers might perceive the actual piece to be a little differently in sparkle, finish, colour, or heaviness than anticipated.
